    thats a lot of sets....

doing 15 sets of 12 reps would take long time, at least 30 mins, and that last 1 is riduculous, 35 sets on your Bi's!!.. sweet Jesus!

unless I was on a arms day, I wouldn't do this, I don't think all that is really necessary esspecially if your going to failiure on each 15 work sets

I say 8-10 sets is more than enough to hit your bi's man!

    peace

Too many different exercises and sets in each work-out IMO.

15 sets for bi's, especially when all of those exercises are basically doing the same thing...is a waste of time IMO. Especially for a beginner like yourself.

Do one movement for the biceps brachii and one movement for the brachialis...take both movements to failure...stimulate the growth and move on. This could take 2 sets and it might take 10...but no more than 10.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

It looks a bit too much like a do a little of everything kind of routine. Moreover biceps are only a small part of the arms mass, around 1/3 or so.

Your friend looks a little bit like Eddy Guerrero. Anyone else see a resemblance?

I'm not understanding why that guy needs to eat more??? I thought when mudge said talk to your friend about diet he was insinuating that the friend got to where he was by strict dieting and therefore could give good advice.

that question belongs in the supplements forum

as for your 'so called' friend... i'm sure he eats very well if he has a upper body like that!

what mudge means is why don't you go ask your friend about diet, supplements and training? i'm sure he could answer some of your simple questions like.... 'am i a meso or ecto?....'

and c'mon... who scans a picture of their mate and labells it handsome guy.... surely you should labell it with his name, or training buddy or something? u crack me up!

Its calories and protein, there is no magic to "work" or not work, its just like eating food but in powdered form.
