Have only seen clips of one of the videos, but was curious what it was about.

I have used it for 8 months now in conjunction with a 3500 cal diet 50/30/20 protien/carb/fat diet and it has worked well for me. I went from 5'11" 185@12%bf to 194@9%bf. my max bench went from 275 to 315 and squats from 360 to 465. Although alot of this might be because I am 22 and just came off a 2 month break from weights(I am in the navy and was out at sea) I still think it is a good program. I am starting to fizzle out now and haven't made gains in a while, but I think it is definitely worth a try.

when you log on the sight it gives you a 12 week intro to show you what it is about then it gives you a 6 month program laid out in pretty good detail, the only complaint I have is they don't respond to questions very well.
