    # Of Reps

What do you think would be the ideal amount of reps for one just wanting to maintain / slightly build their muscles? (Not going for strength at all) Between 8-10? Or 10-12? Would anybody here reccommed pyramiding the weight? Or not.

Depends on your goals, training age, etc...but a good starting number is 8-12 reps usually.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Why would anyone just try to maintain?

ANy rep range would be fine...anywhere between prolly 6-15 just dont push yourself hard or to failure. And you wont gain. Just dont eat much and you wont gain! LOL J/K

Seriously why dont you wanna gain?

if someone ask me whose body u want...i would rather say frank zane or Arnold, never Ronnie or Dorian.

it is good to maintain a body once u r satisfied with urself

hey my age is 15. i m training for 3 months. and my goal is to gain as much mass as possible. 50% people say that i m ecto and 50% say that i m meso. I wonder what type of body i ve therefore i am bit confused about my training. currently eg "I bench press four sets including a warm up pyramiding the weight.
2 sets i ll do higher reps and the remaining 2 lower.

    that is fine.
I heard Dorian trained with same weights and same reps a few weeks before the contest to maintain body and define himself.
    I haven't tried it though.

no one can answer that but you...
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
