Question About Chest Exercise and tattoos

hey all. i have a quick question. I am thinking about finishing my tattoo this month on my back which would be the bottom half of my back just below my lacts. My question is, that is there a chest exercise that i can do with out me leaning/laying on my back. I know i can do cable flys but are they good enough to build my chest while the tat heals? O also is there any leg exercises for the same. thanks all who help for your time.

oh I gain 7 pounds in the last 2 months. , hopefully its not mostly fat

I had a back piece done that went from shoulder to shoulder and down to mid-back, after that I waited about 3 days before chest and had no problem, I mean it hurt like hell but with a little lotion before no damage was done(although that sounds kinda gross) I think the pain actually let me pump out a few more reps.

no problem, just hit it up with hypoallergenic lotion right before and you should be fine. I don't know if you have gotten tattoos before but I would stay away from the vasoline-like stuff it makes you scab like crazy.
