    Call me the fool...

Well, I've been hitting it hard in the gym here lately, and as usual, I continue my research on bodybuilding. I have run across the power factor and static training programs by pete sisco. I am quite intrigued, if not terrified. After lifting 5-6 days a week (and currently 6 days, 2x a day) for a few years, his method seems like... pure sacrilidge. However, I'm always looking for better ways to do things... so... I'm going to give it a try. I'm going to post a journal, so look for it there. I'll try and keep it as close to the program as I can. Any suggestions/tips?

    ... *gulp*....
