I'm 14 years old and am 5'9" and am probably not done growing so I need a basic workout plan that won't stunt my growth. I try to have as much protein as possible, usually eggs and bacon for breakfast and some type of meat for dinner. I have access to a very good weight room and try to work out 5 days a week. I only weigh 140 pounds. I'm especially looking to increase my abs, biceps (for some reason my triceps are pretty big and my biceps are very very small), and whichever muscles help jump height the most. Please post your suggestions thank you in advance.
