Bump
Hey I was wondering if you guys could help with a new routine.
I would like to do it Mon Wed Friday.
On mondays and wednesdays I have access to all equipment but on fridays I have a bench, a barbell and 2 dumbells.
I'm looking to build strength size.
Any ideas would be appreciated very much, also please be descriptive as I am new to this.
