3 day split.. chest day is flat, incline and dips
i'm gaining like mad man.. i been averaging 10lbs a week on my bench.. late july -- 135, late sep -- 245.. reppin, not 1rm.. great, i'm loving it.. muscle memory is a wonderful thing.. but when am i goin to start slowing down? by bench 2 years ago was 235
also, how much increase should i expect on something like bench, each week or month? if i remember correctly, i was improving around 10 a month back during sophmore year, 2 years ago but that was with an unprecise diet (i ate lot which was good, but not the correct food) and i benched more than 2x a week.. is 15-20lbs a month reasonable?

whatd you workout look like that you went from 135 to 245 or what supplements...
somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......
bb flat bench, db incline, dips.. that was the core
then i did some cable flyes (i know, i know.. they're pointless, that's why i stopped)
no supplements, just good ol' food
it was muscle memory that brought me back up so fast
oh my bad i mixed up your thread.. i didnt read that thats what you used to bench.. my friend who just got back into had similar results
