    Old newbie needs help lol

I've been reading the forums on here for quite some time now and I've been putting in my input, what I KNOW you have to do. But I am having trouble following my own advice. Plus, I want to get the physique that Logan has from the X-men cartoon. I was reading up and he has supposed to have the body of a National Football League (NFL right?? I'm English sorry) quarter back, but in a 5 ft 4 inch frame. What would it take and what would I have to do to get that physique?

Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated

Don't work out based on making your body look like someone else's. It won't. Your "ideal" physique is coming from a cartoon character or an elite athlete, which you aren't. Trying to look like someone else is a recipe for disappointment.

Train because you want to improve yourself physically and mentally, not because you want to look like somebody else.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I wanna pack as much muscle into my 5 ft 8" frame that I can without looking overly massive like The Austrian Oak or a pro body builder
