    I need a GOOD WORKOUT!

I would like to do GoPro's workout, but don't have access to the equipment or know how to do many of the exercises. I workout Monday Wednesday Friday. Monday and Wednesday I have access to Mostly Everything. On Friday I have access to only dumbells and barbells. Please help me with workout plan, need to build muscle.
    THANKS

you have DBs and BBs...I don't see the problem? What kind of help do you need? THere are tons of things you can do:

    presses overhead
    bench press
    squat
    deadlift
    lunge
    step up
    rows
    pull ups
    shrugs
    curls
    shrugs
    etc......

tons of stuff....no need for fancy equiptment.

You don't have to do the exercises that gopro laid out. He just wrote up a program to help people get going. The important thing to follow with his program is the alternating periodization: heavy one week, moderate the next week, and all the way down to pretty light during shock week with the inclusion of dropsets and such.
