i am now doing weighted cruches for abt 4 sets + reverse crunches and hanging up.
i am confusing sit ups and crunches. When i do crunches i do not rest my back on the incline board, keeping that damned tension in my abs and crunch them. Actually it is quite painful which resulted in abt 6 days pain normally. i take less than a minute rest between each sets...this is for intensity.
The problem is my crunches r so painful...esp if i dont rest my back and i can only manage 12 reps after 2 sets of 15...and later reps decline.
i worry i am posing risk to injury if i keep on increasing reps despite pains.
and i add my weights such that i won't exceed 15 reps..
i hope some of u may be able to correct me....
