Hi, I'm 20 years old, 155lbs and have alot of body fat. I want to start a serious workout regimen to gain mass and strength. What would be the best type of supplement for me to take? Names and reccomendations of some? I want to start a workout regimen too.I'm in college and don't want to spend alot on a trainer, but I want to see results. Regimen requests from anyone? Is there anyone in San Francisco can spend some time working with me? I can pay a small fee if needed.
