I first started lifting weights when I was 15 years old. I was a 6'3" beanpole. With advice from my soon to be football coach, I started down the road to a new me. The training and diet routine that he prescribed worked great. I got immediate results. I went from 167lbs of bone with some skin wrapped around them to 197lbs of bulky muscle in about 2 1/2 months. The only visible bones were my teeth. In the next year I lost most of the fat that came with weight gain diets 14 years ago and shot up to 237 lbs. When I was 18 I caught a serious case pneumonia and over a 3-month period dropped down to 141 lbs. I have minimal success since then with putting on any noticeable weight (except my belly) with even the newer balance the intake routines. What I need is a for real; pack it on, as fast and as safe as I can routine. I would also like to do this without supplements. If anyone can help it would be great.
