Lunges,

I decided to do some walking lunges last week instead
of squats and damn, did I over do it! My back, glutes
and hamstrings were so sore it unbelievable. Three
days later I needed to get a back adjustment, feels
good now.

Anybody else ever make this mistake?

Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

I have overdone calves before and not been able to walk for a day or two. Learned my lesson from that pain!

I beleive I've over done it on just about every bodypart going and not only once. And yea legs soo bad that stairs were a torture to even approach. Arms to the point I couldn't straighten them all the way for several days. Calves to the point I had tears in my eyes just about. Traps to where I couldn't look up without cringing. I think we all have done it and it isn't unique.

I did too much legs once, had problems walking for a week. That was when I was in high school. Going downstairs even with a hand rail was kind of like, falling to the ground as slow as possible.

It's pretty easy to overdo legs, you don't even have to be at the gym... in my case just help your sister move from a second story apartment, I AM THE STAIR DISASTER! err... master or something.
