    Getting weaker?

whenever i do curls, it seems like i can do as many sets as i used to be able to. I am useing the same weight, i jus can't do as many sets...are my muscles getting used to the routine or what?

and how long would you guys recommend in resting between sets?

what is your bicep routine? you may have adapted to it and be in need of some contextual interference to get you over the hump.

I see people doing more sets for biceps than triceps, and this is flawed for at least 2 reasons.

Biceps are small! Plus your back pulling movements use the biceps pretty heavily. I do 3-5 sets and no more for biceps every week.

I would start regular curls and use concentrations as a 1-2 set finisher.

how many sets? reps? how long have you been doing this? Yes, bi's really get hit when you are doing pulling movements because they flex the elbow. Also, any shoulder extension or horizontal extension the bi's the long head) gets worked, along with the coracobrachiallis.

Dumbell pullovers wont hit them much but I get a little arm pump from that and some bicep pump from standing front-barbell shoulder presses.
