can ppl take a look at this routine and tell me if they think it will work along with a good diet to achieve some great abs

my abs are already decent but i want a proper awesome washboard style pack....

Monday:

Crunches 3 x 25
Side/oblique crunches (left knee, right knee...) 3 x 20
Plank 2 x Max


Wednesday:

Reverse crunches (knees in) 3 x 12-20
Total curls (crunch and knees in) 3 x 20


Friday:

Swiss ball crunches 3 x 25
Swiss ball side/oblique crunches 3 x 20
Bicycle 2 x Max


hope that looks okay, maybe its too much, like too many sets/exercises, if so can someone tell me what changes i should make

i used to not have a abs plan and i'd just rush 2 sets of crunches in at the end or a set of leg raises, it was real sloppy so i need a plan i can stick to
