    Standing calf raise machine modification

Now that my broken arm has healed enough I had added dips to my routine.

However, now it's time to add some resistance.

I find the belt/plate thing awkard.

I was looking at the standing calf machine and was thinking if it had handles, it could be used for dips.

The one we have at the gym is a Cybex. Stand on platform, position shoulders under pads, set weight plates, etc...

If it had handles..... follow me here????

    Is there such a machine?
I love the sound of clanging iron in the morning. It sounds like victory.

I have a machine in my gym that is plate loaded for dips, but the weight isn't on the shoulders. I have yet to see anyone use it but it collects dust real good heh.
