Anyone else make weird faces when doing shoulder exercises?

Hey I'm just wondering, because I tend to make really strange facial expressions when I'm doing shoulder shrugs and other shoulder things. I can't help it. Anyone else do this?

Upright rows are an easy one, but I make expressions on nearly anything when I'm trying hard.

I never make faces. My mother always told me you could get stuck like that.

I do have a few faces that I make while having sex though.

Same here. ha ha...you should see me doing shrugs.

DuhFee -- Do you ever just stop what you're for a split second and look around you. Nearly everyone makes faces or grunt noises while working out. If they don't, I think the weight is too light.

obviously itd be outta place to do it in a gym nowadays with Tv's and shit (more like hangouts), but i usually only grunt when i'm doing legs, cuz those babies hurt so good. i'm sure i make weird faces though, usuallly when i look in the mirror i seem to puff my cheeks out haha as i exhale....

but if i had my own private gym, it'd be so hardcore....i can see it now. posters of BB heros, Rocky, etc. on the walls, Pantera blasting in the background, and mass monsters screaming in pain because every rep hurts so good

like in all the BB movies, Pumping Iron, Lee Haney's, Flex's, and especially Dorian Yates'. He is true hardcore.
