if i punch, which muscle grop does it require to make a punch powerful??

um.. i used to box and being strong def helps.. chest, back, tri, shoulders will help.. but mostly its how you throw the punch.. you gotta pivot at the hip and put your body weight into it.. don't just 'throw' your arms out
