    Shoulders And Traps ?

    I want 2 start training like this

    mon back and biceps
    tues chest and triceps
    wed rest
    thurs legs

    now on fri should i work out shoulders and traps ?

    sat and sun rest

    sounds as good as any place to put them. Gives them a rest from your chest workout to recover.

    my split looks almost identical to that... not to mention, shoulders and traps day has become my fav day : )

    thats exactly my workout now, i have a question though, should i put shoulders with legs or should i have them on Friday?

    mon- back/bis
    tues-chest/tris
    wed-off
    thurs-legs
    fri-shoulders
