    No changes?

I've been working out for about 3 months now and have not seen any results? Can anyone list a few reasons why this may be?

None at all? Something must be wrong with the workout, even with a half assed workout and a crappy normal person diet I will make SOME changes without question.

You are probably not challenging your muscles enough. You can't just go thru the motions.

Specifically list your workout; exercises, weight, reps etc.
Maybe then someone can be of assistance.

After 3 months you should've definately seen some improvements.

Start with the row before pulldowns IMO. Rows are the base of my routine and it seems to work fine, I start with outside standard grip and then inside supinated grip (like a curl grip, about the same distance).

I prefer barbell or EZ for curls, but sometimes do seated incline curls, both dumbells at the same time.

Calf curls sounds like you mean a hamstring (leg bicep) curl

    Mindless: Don't be so mindless . : )

you forgot to say how much weight and reps for each exercise.

also how tall are you and how much do you weigh?
