    "Burn the Fat".

    Hi,

I wasn't sure where to post this so please move the topic to a relevant section if necessary.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has purchased and read the "Burn the Fat" book?

I have purchased and read the "Body for Life" book, which isn't too bad, but wasn't as specific as one would have hoped.

In an article "Body for Life vs Burn the Fat" the author claimed that the "Burn the Fat" book had several advantages over the 'Body for Life" book.

It does sound promising, but of course, it could just be hype in order to get people to buy the book.

Is it worth the $40 USD? Is it everything it claims?

    Thanks in advance!

Obviously my opinion is biased, however it's a great read, MUCH better than BFL, after I finished reading BFL I gave it away.

BFFM is our bestseller, I have sold a couple of hundred now. I highly recommend it for anyone, beginner or advanced.

Really? Holy crap, so you've made over 3 grand from that? That's crazy.
Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

    Thanks for the reply.

I will have a read of the sample when I get back home, and I'll go from there.

Anyone else who has brought a copy, let me know what you think!

    Cheers.
