    Workouts?

Hey guys, I want to try to become a light/middle weight bodybuilder and maybe compete one day... well not maybe, i WILL compete one day.

If I do one body part per day, how many exercises should I do per day, and how many sets per exercise? And I know to keep the reps between 6-8.

    Thanks in advance...

I like traps and delts on the same day. Some do traps with back. What gym in brooklyn do you train at??

You may want to throw in a day of rest sometime inthe middle of the week:

    mon-chest
    tues-back
    wed-rest
    thurs-legs
    fri-delts
    sat-arms
    sun-rest
