BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hi to everyone!
I am after some advice/assistance. I am after a mass/strength gain upper body routine. I am using a low carb-high protein food intake. (See Nutrition Board) I was using a split routine which I saw no results. I have a thick chest and wide shoulders and weigh 103 kilos, although by Jan 26th 2002 want to be 85 kilos. Can someone please assist. Rob |

I keep my work-outs pretty simple. For chest I will typically do 2 exercises and aound 12 sets total. I try and focus on compound exercises, and stay in the 6-8 rep range. I work each muscle group every 6 days. I only lift weights 3 days per week.
Why don't you post that routine you were using. ------------------ got muscle? |
