    what is real muscle soreness?

    hi hi
    i know this sounds funny
what could be the difference between muslce soreness and injury(minor).
if muscles soreness is it supposed to be bigger next two days due inflammation? or just pain when we contract or extend that muscle? what if it is not bigger but painful?

well if we train a body part with many sets..it will sore
also with very heavy weight...it sores

what is the desired soreness out of these two?

Muscle soreness and injury are technically the same thing...since the soreness is due to the muscle repairing itself after you tear it down.

However, DOMS typically lasts 2-4 days, kicking in about 24-48 hours after a workout.

Any easy way to figure out if you hurt yourself is: the pain kicks in during or immediately after your workout and/or lasts for more than 4-5 days.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
