    Bodybuilders workout?

What kind of training do bodybuilders do? How often do they work out, and how long each day?

If there were a "canned" work-out program we would have no need for a discussion board.

But typically I would say they/we use a variey of rep ranges anywhere from 4-12, train each bodypart once every 5-7 days and train for around one hour per day. However, this is going to vary considerably from one individual to the next, also it will be quite different for a bb that is taking steroids.

yes, a natural bodybuilder does not train (with weights) for more than 60 minutes per day, at least none that I know of.

    lol good to know

im going ot see how far natural is going to take me for 2 years, the most i would ever do is 1 cycle of test, cause i hear first cycle is where you gain the most. But then again i could be wrong.

beginners usually gain no matter what they do.. eventually you'll have to fine-tune your routine as your body adapts
