Body building competitions?

How would I go about finding out requirements for a amateur competition? Where would I go for information?

I dont plan on competing for atleast a year or so but im just curious.

If you are natural, you should check out www.inbf.net they have alot of natural shows in the New York area and are a well respected organization.
