    Angry Odd muscles!!

I have very odd muscles. My chest for one is shaped differently from most. You see the top of my pecks are solid, but the bottom right under the nipples is not. So this takes away from my chest. Any feed back?

try doing dips, decline bb/db, cable crosses overs which you sort of bring the cables into a "most muscular pose" (like the opposite of if you were flying, your hands start at the high cable and end at your waist).......these all "shave a clean line" under you pecs that make them look good....

also, when you do any chest exercise, most people forget this, but flex your pecs as hard as you can at the top of the movement, this "peaks" them. this will come in handy especially when you do the movements mentioned above, it'll tighten your lower pecs....
You're a funny guy, Sully, I like you. Dat's why I'm going to kill you lahst.

ALright! thanks flex. Dips area mayor part of what has helped me gain wieght over the past two months so I'm cover there. Decline huh? I kind of thought about that but I wasn't sure if it was a good idea or not, in that case tomorrow when chest time rolls around I will try the decline press.

So is this a normal thing? I mean does everyone have to do this?

Unless you mean that you are lacking in mass in the lower chest I assume its chest fat, which is somewhat common in males.

Just need to say your avatar is awesome. Taxi Driver is my 3rd favorite movie of all time next to Pulp Fiction and Goodfellas!

Oh yeah taxi driver kicks ass.

Well my bench does not decline and I have no acess to cables...so what now. Today I tryed something different. I figured that if puts your feet up during push ups helps your up chest then the opposite would help your lower area. So instead of putting my feet up I took two chairs and put my hands on them. So is this just pissing in the wind or what? What if i add weight like on dips?
GRAH!! This is pissing me off so Much!!!

Ah ha! I have figured it out. My bench doesn't decline but my father told me something just as good. He said "Put a 2by4 under the foot of the bench" thus declining it. Hot digaty damm! We're back in business.

I did it today. It was pretty cool, I really think the exercise is what I was looking for.
Oh yeah Mudge I know what you mean. That was one of the first things I thought when I looked at the top heavy s.o.b., so I did it bassakwards. It feels pretty sturdy for now.
Thanks for the info flex I got a lot of good pump today.

I used to take a couple 25s and put them at the base of the frame opposite end of the bar, worked great.

Its an ooooold multi use bench I got about 16 years ago. Cost something like $250 and had a lat pulldown, leg extention, and fly attachments. The benches nowdays are so much better, and this one is standard width which sucks.

The boxed tubing is so light, and the rack sits so far back, that its too easy to tip. I used to have it tip over with lat pulldowns, overall very frustrating to use, non-linear movement because it uses the leg attachment, and my legs are too long to use that for half a damn.

Yeah, I hate when your equipment won't work with you. It always seems like if that starts happening to me others bad things will follow. Like when I dropped the 14 lb. concret weight on my foot.
Well let me ask you this. From your picture you look pretty big, do you have trouble getting between the bars to bench press?

Hey Flex where ya been? The declines work great. I've even got some sourness today.
