i just posted my routine under the new member post and im wondering if i am not undertraining maybe i just miss the gym. i know (at least i think i know) that doing that routine 3 times a week would be bad and overtraining yes? no? i want to go back to 3 times a week but i dont like the split routines i enjoy doing full body but i dont see how. HELP!
I would add some curls and something for your forearms to your routine, then do the monday work-out monday and thursday, and the thursday work-out tuesday and thursday.
