    curl routine ,help please

    I only I have an ez curl and a preacher bar is attached to my bench ..
    my current routine is this. If you have any suggestions please help.

    I only do 5 sets of 10 at 80 pounds

    cambered bar curls

    seated alternate d-bell curls

    hammer curls

    I believe officially, a cambered bar is a full size bar (45 lb) with the "squiggles" in it to allow for different pronated and supinated hand positions. I think slang has given that term to the true "ez curl" bar, a much shorter (25 lb) bar.

    for some reason i can't do free weight preacher curls

    it just doesn't feel right and i don't feel it work my biceps at all

    the preacher curl machines work pretty well though

    i am like that with a preacher curl - i can do single arm ones fine and it seems to work it but once i do the bar - could be because my left arm seems alot stronger then my right - and i am right handed...?

    (no, i dont do it with my left arm! sick buggers)
