    clean foods

i started an ECA stack a couple weeks ago to shed some more bf around the midsection but that pic was taken when i just started so it won't reflect any progress as a result of the supps

    think about it

there are 3 VERY obvious indications in the pic

just have to look a little bit closer!

my goals are to lower my body fat to 10% or less and add some more LBM

i'm not looking to be huge or anything... i don't think i could do that naturally no matter how hard i tried... just looking to have a nice body that the lady's can dig and the men can envy

mirrors do have seem to reverse things.

You look more fit in the second pic and the flash gives your head a god-like aura. Lose the flash if you're pointing the camera at a mirror. You see, in the 1st pic you used natural lighting and the picture is alot clearer.

I don't know what your fitness goals are but you're one skinny designer underwear-wearing chap. My granny could kick your ass... and she's deceased.

Still though, good progress. Keep it up.

    ^^^ lol

    i'm 5'11, 175 lbs...

right now my goal isn't to put on weight... i'm still trying to cut body fat... after that i will probably try to focus harder on gaining more muscle mass...

the first pic was taken march 2003 and the other one october 2002... so 8 months... but i didn't really start getting serious with training until june and didn't even start eating the way i do now until august...

    heypunk!

i am going to catch up to u!..lol

looking great! - maybe we can get a health fad started on hulla - next is to get kayla to get her before and afters up and who ever else is working out.

P.S - u will have to work harder to get the same result u did a few months ago - but that is a good sign, means it is working.

u can never really keep the same routine the whole time and expect to always see improvement - dont work that way
