Hey ya'll, this is my first post, and i would like to know what you guys think i should work on... so i'll post a few pics. here's my stats:
Age:16 (seriously lifting for approx. 6 months)
Height: 5'10"
weight: 173
Bench:reps @200
supps: multi-vitamin, whey protein, V-12 creatine
I'm a vegetarian, so protein can be a bitch to get enough of, but i get at least 200 grams a day from whey protein shakes, soy products, and dairy stuff like yogurt, milk, etc. i eat approx 3300 calories a day. Do you guys think thats enough?
any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated. its hard to hurt my feelings, so be brutal!!! i wanna get scary big, and any training advise would be cool, or tell me muscles that you think i need to work on. thanks - Hans
you look good dude... how about a pose with a little less flexing so we can see what your natural body shape is like? maybe a little more light on the situation too... also, a picture of your girlfriend would be nice too... since I'm sure she's hot...
hahaha, yea, my girlfriend is mad cool, uber hot... and Swedish, hahahaha. i dunno how stoked she would be to have me putting pics of her online, so i'll havta pass, but yea, i'll get some more pics soon of better light, less flex etc. thanks for the feedback HoldDaMayo!
Vegetarian? WTF? You would get punked so hard in my gym. You cannot have the gains you want and be able to look like an Adonis without meat. I suggest going to find some dope to smoke and a Phish concert instead of trying to pretend to be a weightlifter.

I have a female friend who is vegan because of a stomach disorder, she can't digest meat without pain. If its for political reasons or something, I think its stupid - to dominate a plant and kill it just because it doesn't have a face is ok? Both are living beings, both are generally stupid, but its an individual choice.
I love meat, it causes me no hassles at all, I could have it for breakfast and every other meal of the day.

mudge, i 100% agree, hook me up with some top sirloin, ground beef, chicken, turkey, tuna, and anything else that cook up nicely...
BUT...
That Steve Brisbois guy is an elf for Santa Claus... I hate to break it to you ... but the guy only works one month out of the year, then he bench presses reindeer all summer long...

sorry if i'd get "punked" in your gym. i honestly dont give a fuck if i'd get "punked," whatever the fuck that means. i get over 200 grams of protein a day without meat... but honestly, i'm not saying shit to peeps that are eating meat, so dont romp on me. and dont you fucking dare call me a wannabe, i bust my ass 6 days a week in the gym for 2 and a half hours. FUCK YOU. i weighed 115lbs 2 years ago at the same height. i've gained like 60 pounds, so go go back to your kissass gym and go get punked in the ass by one of you fellow assraping buddies you son of a bitch, and i dont smoke or drink, so suck my balls. wow, your fucking ignorance put me in a really bad mood.
he's rather enormous.... and he's a VEGETARIAN... Jonwell - would you and your gym buddies "punk" on him cuz he doesnt eat meat? he has obviously made gains.
As long as your an educated vegitarian its fine, some people dont know what they are doing. I had read awhile back about a woman who gave birth to an underdeveloped child (brain) because she was a STUPID vegetarian, didn't know what she was doing. I believe it was a lack of B vitamins in her diet.
Simply eating whatever you feel like doesn't cut it when being a vegan/vegetarian.
yea, i take multi vitamins, protein supps, and eat a mad balanced diet... i get made fun of because i care so much about what i put in my body. I also find that creatine helps a lot too, cuz us vegetarians dont get any red meat, so we have virtually none in our everyday diet.
i was kidding about steve... he just looked really short in those pics... Hanz... don't let that Jon guy get under your skin, the more reaction you give him the more he enjoys it... just let him have his fun, sounds like he's not real happy with some things in his life...
He does look short, I am guessing they are somewhat recent perhaps because I'd say he was bigger in his prime. I am going to guess his claim of protein intake at 450g a day, but my memory could be off. You'll find plenty if you Googalize his name.
It was reading his stuff that I learned that timing and food combinations was important for the veggie types.
OMG Steve Brisbois totally reminds me of a umpa lumpa! I take it i'm the only one who sees it?
On a serious note, do you eat eggs?
Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol. Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
blood stream.
