I have a book I've had for years called the "Complete Book of Abs" by Kurt Brungardt. He has a routine in there that leads to having a six-pack. Just wondering if anyone knows about this book or if it's something to try. He has you do abs 4 x a week. I did the program for 4 months last year, I didn't have a six pack because of diet and cardio, but my abs felt a lot stronger. Let me know what you all think!
