Angry Help with asymetry in arms

have a some huge asymetry in my biceps
my right arm measures 15"(I know this is pathetic compaired to some of the huge guys on this board), and my left arm measures a mere 12". The difference in peak is probably about a 1 and a half inch height.

I always do left arm first when doing single arm exercise(always have), and always do the same reps on the same weight(so if I get off six reps on my left arm I do the same on my right even though I could do more). My left arm is also the exact same strength, some times I can do more on my left.

I believe the difference might be because of the lack of neuromuscular development in my left arm(I was supremely right arm dominated til I started lifting a year ago). I sware the difference has gotten larger since I started working out. I was wondering what I could do to correct this besides spot injects.

I was thinking maybe one day a week I would do an extra left arm training day, probably higher reps to avoid neuromuscular OTing(you know when you go sub 4 reps a couple weeks in a row).

    My normal routine is this

I am using undulating periodization because the effectiveness I read it had on medscape.

So I change my exercise, and my rep range weekly.

    Sunday Biceps/Triceps

    2x(4-6 )(8-10 reps )barell curls/dumbell curls
    2x(4-6)(8-10 reps)hammer/preacher
    2x(4-6)(8-10 reps)cable/concentration

    Tuesday
    Pecs/Delts

    Sat
    Back

I don't work out legs because I do wind sprints, and they are alot bigger then my upper body. 15" arms and 26" legs.

I was wondering how I could fix this, should I throw in an eextra arm day after pec/delt day?

Still no excuse for not working the legs, if you want to improve your sprints then work them.

No idea why you have a 3" difference, thats huge. I am right handed also and the difference is 1/2", 3 inches is almost like you have no use of your left arm or something, hard for me to understand that other than strange genetics.

I dont have any evidence that site injections work at all. I dont know how old you are, but I had 15" arms towards the end of my freshman year in high school.

Some people claim winny and suspension work localized, I dont know. Other option is facia stretching, but that requires volume, which can be dangerous.

Or there is a legal product, Site-enhance I believe?

My left arm has kept my right arm from growing I hit 15 inches after about 3-4 months after working out.

I didn't want the difference to be even more freakish so I stopped working out my right arm that hard, and continued to work my left. I am 19, so a freshman in college.

Is there a strength difference between the two that is obvious? Just curious.

no, not really, it used to be huge, but my left has almost caught up, maybe a 2 rep difference at a 6-8 rep range, oh yeah and after working out biceps my right one is always sore(and my left one isn't), even though I do the act same amount of weight and reps.

The past two weeks I have paid extra special attention to my form because I think maybe that was a problem I don't think I had bad form, but just in case that might make a difference, like a slightly change in angle resulting in more use of the brachioradialis.

Are your left and right trapezius equal in size? Growth in the biceps will be inhibited by a weak upper trapezius.
