Heres a question for all the smart people here!!

HI all I am new to IM. I have a thread telling bout me, and what i want to do, in the Newbie forum.
    Anyways, I am
    Age:17
    Weight:185
    Height:6'2 or 3"
Lifting Stats: Not real strong due to the fact I did nothing for 3 years!
Inspiration for lifting: Self improvement and to get noticed!

I dont realy have a plan and all the plans I find seem to deal with getting extremly strong. I want to get strong but im more concearned with having form and def. I understand that for these thing "Lift more reps light weight". Well thats fine and id do this, but this statement doesnt suggest specific exersizes, nor does it tell me how much i should be lifting.

If anyone can share a work out plan or a site that has one I would be truely greatful!!!!!

Also, it seems everyone here is on some kind of Createne , Steriod, or some kind of suplement. I dont even take vitamines, am i missing the boat?? I dont think I need protein, in my line of work I have access to plenty of protein!!!!

Thanks in advance to all the knowlegable people who reply!!!

    Josh

    welcome to im.

stick with basic lifts. by that i mean when you work chest, bench press (don't do cable crossovers)

you want to include squats, deadlifts, bench, rows in your routine.

don't be so enthusiastic that you don't allow time for your body to recover.

before you worry too much about supplements be sure your eating is really in order.

maybe you should post what your workout looks like now so people can better assist you.

This may help you get started, it's a great program, it's not the only one out there however it is very effective. Whatever you decide, just pick one and be consistent.
