    Pritcher curls what do you use?

    Just wondering how other people do them. I use a machine that you add weights 2. should i continue doing these i really feel the burn and it lets me concentrate ore. then using a bar or dumbells. just wanted other peoples opinion. thanks for ya time

    I do them on a preacher bench and alternate straight bar and curl bar.

    I like the one where you add weights also, I have seen a couple different versions, one of which had 3 different spots to put plates depending where you wanted the most/least tension.

    For the most part though I dont use it, I prefer hammers and standing barbell curls.

    mudge with hammer do you do them standing or sitting?

    I just do them standing, but have done them seated before, the bench usually gets in the way though.

    Its Preacher by the way, aka Scott bench named so after Larry Scott.

    I find if you put your ass right on the edge of the bench it dosen't get in the way

    I use a preacher curl bench and an EZ curl bar - with both free weights and cables for resistance.

    I also do dumbell preacher curls - 2 arm and 1 arm at a time.

    concentration curls are good also.
