I just need to set a goal . should I lower the reps and up the weight ? legs are new to me . I have always been focused on bench because i always thought my legs were hopeless. I just need a target weight that I should aim for .

be careful on leg extensions, they put a lot of pressure on the knees.

Are you doing the 180 5 sets of 15 to failure or are you just stopping at 15?
