    I've got some fat deposits right directly behind my obliques... it's not right on my love handles, those are pretty lean, but right behind them like the space between your obliques and your lower back...

    I realise dieting is key for removing any kind of fat and I'm doing that, it's just that dieting you can't say... ok, I'm going to lose the fat from here... you just have to hope that's the fat that gets burned... any suggestions?

    Everyone has fat deposit spots that are the last to go, unforutnately all you can do is get leaner and eventually they will be gone.
    The alternative to trouble spots like this (where you really do not want to be much leaner, but get rid of the trouble spot) is liposuction.

    id say a good thermogenic with EPHEDRA

    will help hit the fat deposits but im sure your already on one or have thought of that

    You could try absolved. It worked for me and many others. Just a suggestion

    wow, this is an old post... funny how things worked out... I ended up going on ECA stack, just finished my first bottle yesterday doing 2 pills 3x a day... very very good results, even with bulking now and being on a PH cycle... I still feel pretty lean, my diet is good but maybe a bit too many calories, the ECA has definitely helped me be energetic and lean and eat a bit more... It's one of the supplements that I would recommend to people... the first 3-4 days were a bit funky... but after that, I didn't even notice any side effects... and interestingly enough... I have ordered Absolved as well as guggulbolic extreme starting next week... I know absolved works better in a calorie deficit... I may wait until my PH cycle ends to start it... what do you think Jodi?

    Good idea The absolved will work better in a deficit.
