    When to do cardio?

Hello all, just wondering when the best time to do cardio? I workout 5 days a week. Mon to friday with my weekends off. In 3 weeks it will be changed, working out every other day. (Mon, wed, thru, sat).

I workout around 4-5pm, is it ok to go for a run at 7pm every other day? Should i do cardio on my off days? Cardio at lunch then at 4-5pm go for my workout?
    Or does it matter?

    thanks

If you want to gain mass, nix the cardio. Choose either to cut or bulk, it is so much easier that way.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
