    Lopsided training

When doing dips or chins my body feels a little lopsided. I am pretty sure my hands are evenly spaced. When doing dips I feel as If my right side is slightly foward of my right. Does anyone else experilnce this?

One side is stronger than the other. You're dipping on your weaker side.

my best guess is to train as usually. Do you think this approach is correct?

    no.

focus on exercises that work one side at a time to strengthen the muscle that's weaker. Dumbell moves are good for this.

for example try single arm dumbell curls and see if you can perform equal number of reps with both arms. If you can't, then reduce the weight on the weaker side so you can do as many reps as your stronger side. You can use this technique for any body part that might be weaker.

    some examples:

    1 legged , leg extensions.
    1 legged, leg curls.

    1 armed dumbell shoulder presses.
    1 armed dumbell chest presses
    etc.
