Used to do 30 min on the stat. bike after each workout. Then every second workout. Then twice a week. Then once. ...... Been reading more and more than if you do weights right, you can be in shape witout cardio and that cardio even isn't that good of an idea. So I'm trying less cardio these days. So far, so good.
it depends what sort of physiue (sp) your after where as im not wanting to be huge im more after a larger size yes but stupidly defined, strong upper body but be able to run, my brother is a Royal Marine (english equivlent of a navy seal) and thats how they are all built so i follow a training programme that they do but i cut out the 14 mile runs with twice my body weight on my back
