How many muscle groups in a day?
Just curious to see how many muscles groups in a day is best. Right now I do everything seperate ( in order 1 day each) shoulders, triceps, biceps, back, chest, legs. I do abs everyday withh a bigger empahsis on legs days, I also do forearm exercises on bi and tri days. I usually do 5-6 exercies day.
I've tried different routines, back & chest, chest & tris, bi & tris...etc. But I seem to like what i'm now doing best What do u guys do? |

I try to do one big, one little... for the most part. I just changed mine to:
1) Chest - Calves 2) Back 3) Delts - Traps - Neck 4) Tri - Bi - Abs 5) Legs - Forearms 6) OFF I dont do much for biceps, and dropped SLDL on leg day. So much deadlifting is causing some pain in my biceps making bicep day suck, and I know that some people have pushed themselves too far and seperated thier biceps completely which I would rather avoid. I only did 3 sets for biceps last time 'round. |

I think that sounds good, for me I just have to make sure tricepts and chest are as far away from each other as possible as I feel alot of burn in my tricepts on chest days...
I think most people agree that just make sure to give each muscle group proper recovery time... at least 3 days... doing each body part once a week ensures you have sufficient recovery time...
Are you kidding me????

I do no more than two body parts per day.
As it was said above, training one big and one little body parts works best. just my .02 ![]()
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
