    confused

i was using program "1" till a little over a month ago when i changed around the excerises and made my program"2". today i went back to program 1,thinking that ill be able to do the same excersises but with heavier weight.instead i was able to do the same weight i had left it b4 statring program 2.
i found it weird coz the month i did program 2 ,i got stronger.
is that normal, does t make any sence y i wasnt able to lift alot more weight on program 1 than when i had left for program 2?

Yes it makes sense. Since you are now returning to program one your nervous system has to re-adapt to the old exercises/format and once it does you will be able to lift more than before. Trust me, your muscles are stronger, now your "nerves" just need to catch up...and they will.
