    Lightbulb The Ultimate Neuro-Change

    Introduction

I haven't been able to lift for about 3 weeks now because I broke my right wrist during a football game. Even though I would be able workout some muscle groups, I decided just to stop everything until my wrist became better. You ask why? Well remember when you started working out hard as hell; and you'd jump at least 10 pounds a week on all your lifts. If you didn't know, that's called a neuro-change. Basically your body isn't used to the new movements or in this case, lifting in general. Everyone knows shocking your muscles will get good gains but not only will a neuro-change shock your muscles, but in responce to lifting weights your body will begin to secrete more hormones ; which also assists your fast gains. A neuro-change's length can vary from a week to a month depending on how hard your working, genetics, etc. Well now that you understand that, here's my theory :

    The Theory / Directions

    1. Take up to 4-5 weeks off your lifting and nutrition program.

    2. During this 4-5 week period do anything you want, don't even think about lifting weights ( smoke, drink, eat twinkies ).

    3. About 2 days befour you plan on starting your workouts start your normal nutrition plan ( includes shakes, vitimans, etc )*, and also get rest.

    4. The first day back in the gym ( your pumped up as hell
) bust the hell out of the weights :

    6 X 6 Squats

    6 X 6 Deads

    6 X 6 Military Press

    6 X 6 Flat Bench

    5. Make sure your stick to a good nutrition program.

    6. Do these compound lifts and eat like an animal for your first 2 weeks of training with a 3-day split ( the 4 listed lifts 3 times a week ).

    7. Continue your old schedule as normal after those 2 weeks of training.

    * no anabolics - the key is to keep your hormonal levels low as possible until your first training day.

    Explanation

By doing this you will maximize your hormone levels, your size will jump incredibly, and you will bigger than you've ever done befour. Though you will loose some muscle mass and strength during the non-training period, you will easily surpass your previous size because not only are you shocking your muscles but this program will also manipulate your hormone levels which will assist greatly in your gains.

    Supplementing

During this Ultimate Neuro-Change I plan on using the following to maximize my gains even further :

    Animal Stak
    N-Large ll
    Animo Acids
    Mult-Vitiman

    Final words

Honestly if I hadn't broke my wrist I probally wouldn't have though of this or dare to try, but since I am in the position that I'm in, I feel that this will really help me make even greater gains that befour. Please give me some comments and tell me what you think of this theory.

Good luck, you may want to try less then 6 sets during the first 1 or 2 workouts though.
Success is measured not by the position that one has reached in life, rather by the obstacles which one has overcome while trying to succeed.
