if your talking about whats better drugs or lifting, id also have to say lifting killz any drug. besides costing a shit load of money, drugs are a form of escapism. when you lift you dont need to escape nothing cause your huge and every girl wants you haha thats abit simplified but thats the way it goes. plus the high you get when your liftin those heavy weights above your head is way better than some 30 minute peak of xtc

I dont' crash after the ephedra wears off... i just feel normal... sounds to me like you should adjust your diet... when i eat healthy I feel good... when i don't eat enough of the good stuff, i feel like crap... ESPECIALLY when you're talking about the influence of drugs on your body... also, another HUGE factor is sleep... how much you had, how much you have had recently, the quality.... another factor is stress... i just think it's easy to blame the ephedra, because that really magnified how your body was feeling...

That is incredibly far from any general truth.

As you know, some people are incredibly sensitive to stimulants; just as well, some are more susceptible to the subsequent crash.

Granted, diet among other things can be a factor. But how you react is certainly not an adequate means to judge how the average person responds.

but it's certainly a possibility that the real issue could be one of many other factors not related to the Ephedra...

Although, being the rational person I am, I agree... just because something affects person A one way, doesn't mean it will affect person B the same... point taken

My workout performance is increased at least 10% when I take Stacker 3 and drink coffee. Having said that, sometimes that 10% increase doesn't even bring me up to an average workout if I was way too tired to begin with. Also you have to lay off for a few weeks at a time or else it will looose its effectiveness.
Somedays are good, some are bad with or without epedrine, everyone knows that. One day you bench 315 for one the next day you'd be dead trying the same trick without a spotter.
BTW _ ALWAYS leave the collors OFF if benching without a spotter that way you can dump if you have to.

The only place I have only seen Yellow Jackets are at the Dairy Mart. Please tell me you did'nt buy them there!

Secondly, did you read the label right? If you are not used to Ephedrine, you should gradually work up to max dose.

It is people like you that gets shit banned!

ok everyone . I am formally apologizing for the title of this thread. for the longest time I could not figure out what happened to me on bench night so I guess I blamed the new thing.(effedrin)...so I worked out last night and the same thing happened without the ef bomb. I thinbk that I have finally figured the problem. recently I have changed my diet to the 6 meals a day program and I added 2 more days into my workout. I really think that my body is just shocked from the change..this can be the only explanation I have for my bench reps going down from 235 to 185. I added seated row on weds and I think I am utilizing my triceps too much during the exercise. I hope this is the prob . these are the only things that I have changed . please reply

I'm pretty sure you need to just listen to your body and try to adjust your diet and workout routine so you are always increasing in performance...

I was fine until I started more workouts. before all I did was bench on monday and curls on weds. and I progressed every single week whether it was reps or weight . I just dont want to only do thos 2 days . maybe I will add more targetes exercises on the same days as the other workouts . like skull crushers . ect . i will just do super sets. I am going to just do the normal workout and see if anything changed next monday .

lots of trash talk going on in this post. What happened to the Gym guys I know who are real cool, friendly, and never judge a new lifter, or someone with a question, or needing a spot. Don't confirm a bullshit stigma that gym rats are obnoxious assholes...

As far as Ehpedrine goes it is very simple: Don't over do it. Seriously, Ephedrine gets a bad name by people whom take way too much. Take alot and run, or try to eat, you'll be naseuous and so on. Same as if you took 6 caffeine pills. I'm 190, I take 25 mg's right before working out. If I was over 225, maybe 50 mg's. Yopu'll have great results that way. Taking more is just not necessary. More is never better with stimulants, particularly ephedrine

    I benched
    235 x5 235 x5 255x3 235 x5 235 x5

this week I figured since this stuff worked so well last week that surely it would work again this week .....wrong...I took it around 530 or 6 and didnt get to workout until around 930 (due to some undisciplined yahoo's who couldnt get there on time )I really hate that ,.... So I get on the bench and got the 235 off and I knew something was wrong from the get go . I out it up 5 times . but it was like my body had never felt that weight before. so I tried again and again and again. I could not understand why I could not put this up like I usually do . I went down in weight and same thing. couldnt do it more than 3.....I sat there of course mad at myself ...and I figured that while I was sitting there waiting for these idiots to show up ...I completely missed the window for this stuff to work and in doing so I used up all of my natural energy with it ....I then couldnt eat dinner cause I felt sick to my stomache and went to the B-room like 3 times ....i have come to the conclusion that i was doing fine before natural and I can keep progressing if I just stay off the gas station juice...sorry so long winded
maybe you should learn about the supplement before taking it. ephedrine is a CNS stimulant and you are supposed to start out at a low dosage and work your way up the a full 25mg serving

    * I start out at 8mg 2x a day then work up to 16mg then 25mg
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Xenedrine with Ephedrine

I used to love ephedrine. Back in the day before is was pulled off the shelves, I'd take 2 Xenedrines and work my ass off. Bench, Squats, you name it. Ephedrine's off the chain.

But I always watched my dosage and took it with food prior to my work out.

    Got swole off that stuff!
