the first one is too less training and the second too much . better try a two on one off or one on one off routine.

I currently am training 1 on, 2 off, but I want to change that.
What days what muscles in a 4 on 3 off routine, plus what exercises would be good for those muscles, as I am a moron. Thanks

hmmm... although that didn't make much sense. You should just try finding a split online. Look at www.bodybuilding.com - also look at some articles on training while your there.
