i am trying to gain mass and get stronger.. it is working but i want to know if i need to change anything...
im intaking ALOT of food.. not all great but mostly good.. and alot of protein
im 5'11" 179 lbs 20 years old
i try to switch my routine up every week except for chest which i change every 4
im also on gopros workout for arms to try it out -- and since that is where i need the most help..
monday chest

decline dumbell or barbell 10 6

tuesday back
deadlift 12 10 8
dumbell rows 10 10 8
lat pulldowns 10 8 6
seated rows 10 8 6
wednesday / saturday/ sunday OFF
thursday shoulders and triceps
shoulder press (bb or db - switch every week) 10 7
lateral raises 10 8
upright rows 10 8
machine for rear delts

friday legs and biceps
squats and such...
briceps gopros...
any critiquing... also how often should i go to failure...
last week i did chest i did
145x10
155x8
165x6
175x4... so this week i did
150x10
160x8
170x5 (6 with spot)
180x3 (4 with spot)
now should i keep doing this weight until i can get 10 8 6 4... then bump up the weight another 5 pounds and do it over again??
