They are doing Broomstick twists...which they think works your oblique muscles to give them a thinner waist. It doesn't. Don't waste your time. If you use it as a warmup movement for your back and core, then it is fine.

pathetic is DEFINITELY the wrong word here... it's not pathetic... it's maybe a bit self conscious but in a gym do you really want to look like a fool? I know i don't...

Why is it PATHETIC to care about your training ethics in a gym? I'm not going to waste my time doing that in my facility when there are BETTER ab routines that can be well spent? If you're going to use a broom stick or a poll to do twists...DO THEM FROM HOME. Sorry I'm hard core training gal. I don't go the gym to mess with the pink and blue weights. Maybe that's your closet.

Bud, if you're going to comment, you can atleast enlighten us with your opinion!

When using a heavy bar as opposed to PVC be carefull with your back, you could potentially hurt yourself doing those.

If I do twists I don't use bars. its the PVC poles.

I'm talking if I do ab routines at the gym, I'm gonna hit it hard. Nearly ever ab routine I use, involves free weights, Cable crunch while balancing on a ball, standing cable crunchs, reverse crunches with weights on ankles, etc......Little stuff like broom stick twists can be done at home. No sense in going to the gym to use a pvc pole.

    That's just my opinion

What does the sig have anything to do with NOT doing an excerise because it looks stupid?

What is up with you guys... Did you not have your coffee this morning or what? Stop being mean to Babsie. She is my friend. I think Babsie is entitled to do her broomstick stretches where ever she feels comfortable. Now as far as her signature, that is strictly her preference... So neener neener neeener.

Interesting Mayo, but does spray work?
Most of the steroid type guys like Mudge say that anything other than needles are usually a waste. Have you noticed any positive gains as a result of this stuff Mayo? No, wait I just noticed you said you started today. Well let me know how it works.

it's hopefully going to help me relieve myself from this 175lbs im sitting at right now...

Well, as crazy as I am... i decided to supplement the S1+ with 1-AD, which i also started this morning... however, I'm only doing 3 pills a day... which is the minimum recommended dosage

I'll be getting a bit more 1-test in my system than the 4-AD which is good because the 4-AD is just really to help alleviate the side effects of the 1-test... the 1-test will hopefully help me add some lean body mass which is exactly what I'm looking for... they say the 4-AD makes you retain more water and stuff, which is not so much what I want... but yes, i would like to keep at least SOME of my sex drive so I'll deal with it...

I'll do some weekly updates... I'm also continuing my regular supplements during the cycle of glutamine, creatine, champion ultra met MPR, EFA's, BCAA's, ECA, and multivitamin... so I'm expecting at least some gains...
    Are you kidding me????
