    freestyle

    Hey!
I was wondering if any of the women (or guys too, I guess) have used freestyle training...
I have been eating a lot more than normal lately and putting on some really solid muscle fast with little fat but my legs are getting bigger than I would like (mostly muscle I think).... I don't want to eat less yet tho because I want more muscle on top... Freestyle is supposed to overtrain the muscles so they stay toned but small... The only problem is it sounds painful and I want to make sure I do enough to keep the muscle from growing. If my quads start getting bigger from training them everyday I'll lose my shit...Anyone have similar problems or advice?

Freestyle training will shape, and define legs and glutes ; and also double as a cardiovascular routine. I wouldn't worry about your legs getting huge on you.
