    You shouldn't be able to find one. It wouldn't take into account what % of your total weight is lean mass and fat mass. Any chart I've seen is broken down into ranges. This is for men from the ACE Personal Trainer Manual;
    Essential fat 2-5%
    Athletes 6-13%
    Fitness 14-17%
    Healthy 18-24%
    Obese 25% and higher
    You should have your body fat tested at your local gym to determine if your body composition is in a good range for you.

    LOL!

    I wouldn't recommend taking anything out of the ACE handbook as truth.

    24% is healthy, but once you gain that 1% you are obese? Hahahaha....

    OMNIFLEX: Eat a lot of food, worry about fat when you have some muscle.

    Yes Cackerot, I'm with you. ACE doesn't always have the best info! However, he did ask about a chart that he won't find. I'm not try to p@#$ anyone off but, I feel that OMNIFLEX is looking for more info than " eat alot of food, worry about fat when you have some muscle". Just my $.02, but it is good to have measurements( weight, body fat, site readings) to start with so you can see your progress and use that to motivate you to be cosistant with diet and exercise. Please correct me if I'm way off here. I'm here to learn!

    When in doubt, use the mirror method. Look at yourself in the mirror. If you do not like what you see, get off your butt and do something about it.

    When you weigh 135lbs, just eat everything.

    Make sure you get enough protein, then eat as much as possible.

    Lots of food = Lots of muscle.

    Good way of measuring how healthy you are LOL

    This chart doesn't go by how much a person weighs, just how old a person is but it's a great guideline!
